I forgot to ask you about this. I do use WDSc and never saw this. I did
open a JSP page that has scriptlet code but breakpoint is disabled on
every line I tried. The help text says "open the appropriate server
instance in the Server Configuration view, and ensure that the Generate
debug information when compiling JSPs (debug mode only) check box is
selected.". I created a Tomcat 
server and checked off the box, but still not ability 
to set a breakpoint. I did add a context entry to the servlet.xml file
that points to a webapp with a JSP scriptlet.
