You use the REMOTE_USER environment variable to get the user name. I forget the exact method but it's part of the request object. If I use a validation list, is there a way that I can grab the username that they entered in the prompt so I can pass it to my CL command in my web-facing application?? I didn't know if I could create a context parameter in my project and somehow shove the username in there. Or could I use session variables in the index.jsp of my web-facing project......
