Tim,

What do you mean by "All backend processing is done on an iseries"? Is it even relevant? Do you want to dial from a user's phone? Or dial from a Windows application - using a headset connected to the PC sound card?

Nathan.

Subject: [WEB400] using tapi to dial a phone number from richui egl application

I've created a RichUI application in which I'd like to add the ability to
dial a phone number when a phone number is clicked.

This logic currently exists in a legacy rpg program by way of a call to a C
application residing on the users pc that dials the number.

The web application exists on windows server 2003 that is running Apache
Tomcat/6.0.18. All backend processing is done on an iseries. The phone
system is avaya.

Im not sure how to accomplish this. I was hoping someone could point me in
the right direction.
