That makes it a bit more clear. If the interface between the RPG and C program is working okay, it sounds like you could call the RPG program from your EGL app.

But my inclination would be to try to bypass the Windows TAPI interface altogether, and see if the servlet could communicate directly with the Avaya server, which is Linux based. It looks like there's some developer documentation at their web site. I'd start with the web service Telephony API:

Yes, I want to dial from the users phone. We have IPOffice from Avaya. Our
current system (rpg and C on local pc's that does the dialing) dials the
phone for the user. I have been developing a richui application to replace
our green screen. Im not sure how dial the phone from the web app. I cant
execute a local program from my richui application, and im not sure what
would need to be done on the web server.
