I don't know. I didn't actually take the option to install it.

My current focus is on building pages for internal users that integrate
data from DB2 on iSeries and SQL Server on a PeopleSoft server. We don't
really have a need for MySQL...yet.

Thanks,
Kelly

Has Zend updated the MySQL package in Zend Core to include the newest
version of MySQL? Last time I checked, it was too old to use the IBM
DB2 for i storage engine... but it's been awhile since I checked.

But, if it's too old, I suggest getting it from MySQL (it's not
significantly more difficult) so you can have the storage engine
support.

When we installed the Zend Core on our iSeries, there was an option to
install MySQL as well. This may not be exactly what you are seeking.
But
it is another way to get MySQL on the iSeries for free.
