This is a great too, indeed.  I tweeted about this a little while back
(http://twitter.com/webtechnology).  However, it should be used mainly as a
starting point.  It is best to get a real person involved if the translated
site is going to get any significant amount of traffic.

Folks:

I just found a pretty cool service that Google is offering ... automatic
translation of entire web pages.

http://translate.google.com/translate_tools

All you have to do is embed a div & fragment of javascript code on the page
and you get a pretty nice little translate feature.

I'm in the process of adding it to the mailing list archives.
