Even under that program there are restrictions in the Terms and Conditions that would have prohibited us from building the offering that we did. The Ts&Cs are not nearly as straight forward as you are intimating. That program assumes you are going to produce a product that will help sell IBM i, a reasonable thing from IBM since they are giving you a significant discount. There are other parts of the Ts&Cs that come into play with that program that would put restrictions on what could be done with it. With all things the devil is in the details.
