I can't agree with you, Jon. I don't think this has anything to do with support contracts or money. It's simply an indication that the download statistics of the IBM i binary of MySQL site are weak.

And that makes perfect sense... how many people here on this list have downloaded MySQL from MySQL's web site? Most folks installing MySQL are doing it through Zend's installer.
