My concern about your interface is that it relies "totally" on JavaScript

being enabled, it will do nothing at all if JavaScript is disabled.

Maurice, I still don't understand your concern with JavaScript when it comes to accessibility. In fact, you need JavaScript to respond to keyboard events, which enhances usability. Without JavaScript, the UI is pretty much limited to brochure-ware; a good example of a primitive user interface, at least when it come to database maintenance. I do understand offering brochure style web pages for certain applications and especially reports, but not for business intelligence, database inquiry, maintenance, and transaction processing. You seem to be concerned that I haven't provided an example of brochure-ware.

I kind of understand Pete's concern about "sites" that employ JavaScript maliciously, but that shouldn't apply to secure applications that run behind a login prompt.
