Okay, so you want the invitations that the HR person sends to be
automatically flagged as well, right? I'll do some more testing and see
if I can get that to work.

Re: Setting up a default that all meetings you create
are marked private

I'll keep that in mind. I've two problems with that. One, if a meeting
isn't needed to be private and we really need to get ahold of them and all

meetings are marked private then it makes it hard to track them down. Two,

just because their schedule is private, if they schedule a meeting with
someone else (and do not flag it as private) then everyone can see it on
that person's calendar. That is what started this whole mess.

Tony, pretend I am your HR manager. I flag my calendar as no one can see.

Pretend your calendar is not flagged that way. I schedule a meeting with

you. Since my calendar is secured I do not think to flag the meeting as
private. So, now you have a meeting on your calendar. The subject is
"Talk to Tony about leave request to treat his Syphilis". Is that really
something you want public on your calendar?

The problem boils down to that people who secure their calendar forget
that not everyone does and they forget to flag meetings as private. Right

where it asks you if you want to secure your calendar it should also ask
you if you want to default to flagging meetings as private.
