The change that I suggested seems to work this way. I made the change to
the mail file of User A and sent an invitation to User B. User B accepts
the invitation. User C opens User B's calendar and the meeting is marked
as private. The only caveat I see so far is if User C can see User B's
inbox. If that's the case, User B can see the subject of the invitation.
