I wish it were that easy. One of the outlook users is our Administrator,
and he's the top of the food chain. He knows outlook, likes outlook, and
my boss says if he wants outlook give him outlook. Maybe with enough
aggravation he'll be encouraged to switch but until then I have to deal
with it.

The person with the certificate problem is one of the IT people, and he
has no problem going back to notes, but he uses both because he has to
support both. The problem is that if the Admin experiences the same
problem we need to know how to resolve it asap.

We did point out when we gave them the outlook option, that it isn't
supported on Win7, and that the statement of direction for DAMO's future
was ambiguous at best.

Guess it's time to call support, but they'll probably balk since it's a
WIN7 install which isn't supported.
