Can't say I've ever seen that example.  I've seen some that used 12/31/99 or
99/99/99, but not 9/9/99.  Would you happen to remember why 9/9/99 was used
as opposed to 99/99/99?  I'm quite curious.

A few places that I worked at used 9/9/99 to mean the end of time.  Was this
a very common practice or was I just lucky enough to work at a
disproportionate sample?  If it is common, the end of time is this month, is
anyone on this list worried about it?
