The system console works, what ever 5250 terminal you attach, in manual IPL
or DST mode.  How the system configures it, I do not know.  I might try
re-naming the crtdevdsp command and changing or deleting the device
description and see if the console still works.  Interesting to see.

 To stop iSeries Access from creating sessions, (which runs CRTDEVDSP 
under the covers) you have to rename the command.  This was a server only 
machine that had no need for people to have sessions on it.
