Save Storage is a bit for bit copy of the exact hardware configuration and profile that was used for DR restore much faster as the file structure did not come into play. Think of it as a storage image, but the limitation is that it is a full image save and a full image restore no options for change, but was much faster then original restore from tape at the lib level. I personally have not used it for many years not sure who does... Rick
