But all our 400s are behind the firewall. If FIREWALL is *NO, is it going to be able to get out?

Also, I can't currently PING my personal ISP, or www.google.com, from either of our 2 main network-connected 400s. I can, however, ping them from the PC I'm typing this from. And so far, none of my attempts to send email from any 400 have borne any fruit.
