Lets face it, the appearance of the hardware has little to do with the
"look" of a system.  What matters is the OS and application software.

If all your users and upper management see running on your i5 is the
same green screen app you ran on your B20, what will their perceptions
be?  Simple, the i5 is a "legacy" box.


If we as iSeries developers insist on developing green screen apps
instead of fighting to do GUI apps, then the iSeries will always be
stick with the perception of being a "legacy" box.
