Hi Charles, According to this Microsoft support page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323428/en-us the syntax you would want to use, assuming the name of your printer on the Windows 2003 server is p2s-as400, would be as follows: http://mywinserver/p2s-as400/ I noticed a potential compatibility issue when reading the document because it mentions at the bottom of the page may that the Microsoft IPP implementation will attempt to download the appropriate Windows printer driver to a client connecting via IPP after a successful connection is established. Thus I'm not sure whether IPP clients that do not utilize a Microsoft client operating system or a SAMBA client connecton can actually work with the Microsoft IPP implementation or not. IIS as been installed and Internet Print Protocol (IPP) enabled. IPP is set to allow anonymous access. I've tried setting up an IPP device description on
the >400 to print to this printer using the following
remote location: http://mywinserver/printers/p2s-as400/.printer But it doesn't seem to want to work. Note in the DEVD, the port is specified as 631. I've also tried http://mywinserver:631/printers/p2s-as400/.printer http://mywinserver/printers/p2s-as400 http://mywinserver:631/printers/p2s-as400 None of which seem to work, I keep getting a CPD337F
