It's not uncommon for someone to put SBMJOB on the job scheduler just to
get around the INLLIBL issue. The problem with that is that you lose some
functionality. For example the option for "last submission". Or if you
are using the Advanced Job Scheduler and you want to tie one to the
completion of the other. Well, the job that issued the SBMJOB finished -
it wouldn't care about the job that was submitted by the SBMJOB. Get it?
Might be better to just come up with a couple of job descriptions instead
of "hard coding" the library list into the job scheduler by using SBMJOB.
