A lot of this I just set up and go. I've set up so many lpars by script
that perhaps I've forgotten some of the reason's why. Like system value
QRETSVRSEC and stuff like that. We keep tight controls on user profiles
throughout the organization. ROB on lpar 1 will always be the same person
as ROB on lpar 2. Not that BILL may be on lpar 2 just because he's on
lpar 1, nor SUZY on lpar 1 just because she's on lpar 2, but if they're on
both they will be the same person. And have the same password. And if
there's a suzy in Windows then it's the same SUZY as on the i. Again,
with the same password. Enforced with software and our BOFH.
