I'm surprised he has to justify $30 to his boss. That's less than he'd
spend surfing the web looking for alternatives. It would be different if
he was saying "we have 9,000 androids and I'm looking to access my i from
them all". Granted, in that case he'd be taken to the wood shed for
rolling out a 5250 application to 9,000 androids. But if it fit, the cost
savings from looking at alternatives might now be 9,000 * $30.
