I ran into this issue on the last upgrade I did to the 9.2.950. something. I opened a case with IBM and they never read the detail of my comments, instead merely pointed me to the link I was already using. I just looked up the PMR and ready the stream there and I see they never answered my issue and I closed the case before they ever provided an answer. And of course I can't remember how I solved the bloody problem! *sigh*
