Re: Windows 7 laptops cannot install IBM i Access service packs

There's something really flaky going on.

Earlier today I did a SNDPTFORD SF99711 (the all groups one) and it seemed
to run normally, though I thought I should have gotten more PTFs.

So I submitted another job that orders each group individually, just to see
if I would get any more. It starts with the hiper group and it failed.
Got CPD27D0 Line QESLINE vary on failed. So I did a SNDPTFORD PTFID
SF98710 and it worked, though it was horrendously slow.

So then I tried SNDPTFORD *HIPERGRP from a command line. Says there's
199339 bytes to download and it's been at 64% for over 5 minutes. Speed is
down to 1376bps.

Ah, it just finished. Took 18 minutes and downloaded no PTFs. Everything
was either "already applied" or "already available on the system". Do I
dare try the DB2 group?
