I have a lot of respect for what you have achieved with your tooling.
But this kind of argument proves nothing and is just plain silly.
_Exactly_ the same thing could - and I'm sure in some cases is - done
with PHP - or CGIDEV2 - or even a raw write to standard out.
If you want to say you have a tool that avoids most of the nastiness
of learning HTML and Javascript then fine. I'm sure Joe would say the
same thing about EGL. And CNX about Valence, and ...
No matter what tool or language one chooses there is a learning curve.
In the case of your tool it is a whole set of new concepts and APIs.
