Nothing wrong with your stuff, Joel.

How did you edit this JSP?  My guess is you may be recompiling every
time, which sometimes happens if you edit the JSP from a Windows editor
using mapped drives.  I haven't got a complete handle on the problem,
but I get around it by using QShell and going in and touching the JSP.
(Literally, I use the "touch" command in QShell, which sets the last
change date.)
