Even though WRKLNK should be fine, I would try touch just to see if it
fixes the symptom.  It's very easy.  Start QShell and use CD to get to
the correct folder, and then run the command "touch myjsp.jsp".  You can
actually touch multiple JSPs using generics, but there are caveats - if
there are NO matching files, it creates a file.  So, if you "touch
*.jsp" and there are no .jsp files, you end up with a file called
"*.jsp" which is all but impossible to delete (WRKLNK will do it).
