Hmmm... I've done it two different ways now: I initially wrote the text
file on my Linux desktop and FTP'ed it to the 400.  Since then, while
testing, I have gone in through wrklnk and modified it directly on the
400.  Are you thinking the last update date has been corrupted?  Would
that trigger the re-compile?  I've always done my development on another
machine and moved the files to the 400... 

I have to admit I'm not familiar with 'touch', should I try that?
