Wow... my QSH interface is terribly slow... I CD'ed to the directory and
typed 'ls' which took almost a mintue to display the 4 object list.  The
touch command ran immediately, however.

After touch, I refreshed 3 times with the following results: 20 seconds,
13 seconds, 14 seconds.

Is there a way I can tell if it is recompiling every time?  It certainly
seems like it.  Could it be an Apache or Tomcat configuration problem?
