Automatic translation tools are OK as a first cut but you need a native language speaker to edit. The Google tools do a great job of translating as you can tell by translating a foreign web page into English but the result, although generally comprehensible, is often very strange to a native speaker as you can tell by translating a foreign web page into English.

The result looks translated and in many cases a native speaker will go WTF?
